OUR STORY
IDENTYTEC was founded at a time when mobile data capture (MDC) technologies were at the core of industrial digitalization. The company initially focused on solutions in this field, helping manufacturing companies capture operational data directly at the point of process and improve transparency in their workflows.
Through close collaboration with customers, it quickly became clear that the real challenge was not only data capture itself, but the orchestration of material flows and automated replenishment processes. The need for greater transparency, automated ordering, and reliable material supply in production and assembly environments became increasingly evident.
Driven by these requirements, IDENTYTEC gradually shifted its focus from traditional MDC solutions toward eKanban systems and intelligent material flow automation. This evolution was consistently demand-driven and developed in close cooperation with customers.
From the very beginning, the idea behind IDENTYTEC was never to add complexity. The core question has always been how to connect people, materials, and systems in a way that ensures materials are available exactly where they are needed — without detours, media disruptions, or manual intervention.
This vision led to a clear focus: real-time transparency across the entire material flow. Information is generated directly within the process and made available exactly where decisions are made. As a result, material movements become traceable, inventory becomes transparent, and processes become controllable — from inbound logistics to production and final delivery.
This journey has always been guided by one principle: industrial solutions must work in real-world environments. That is why IDENTYTEC develops robust systems that integrate seamlessly into existing ERP, WMS, and production environments — without complex restructuring, but with measurable improvements in material availability, process reliability, and efficiency.
